City Clerk

Pamela Byrnes-O'Camb, City Clerk, is the custodian of the City’s official records. The City Clerk records the proceeding of the City Council and Redevelopment Agency meetings; prepares and distributes agendas and minutes for these meetings, related correspondence and reports and provides overall keeping of historical, legal and official records of the City for all departments. Other duties include retention of legal documents, microfilming, administration of the State Political Reform Act and the City’s Conflict of Interest Code, coordination of City elections, legal advertising; opening of competitive bids, shared risk management duties with Administration Department, and providing general public information.
