Fire Department
Firefighter & Firefighter/Paramedic

A Firefighter and a Firefighter/Paramedic is responsible for a wide variety of duties, including but not limited to, fire suppression (structural, vehicle and wildland), ALS and BLS medical emergencies, fire prevention, hazardous materials, public education/relations, rescues of various kinds (e.g., confined space, elevator, vehicle extrication, over-the-side, etc.), training, ventilation, facility/equipment maintenance, and other related and/or assigned duties. Firefighter/Paramedics must be able to perform heavy manual labor, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and may be subjected to a variety of hazardous conditions and work space restrictions.

Firefighter - $4,439 - $5,419

Firefighter/Paramedic - $5,035 - $6,273
