Dennis Halloway, City Manager, has a primary focus to attract new retail and high tech industrial development in order to increase the City’s sales tax and property tax revenues, as well as provide new employment opportunities for local residents. The Department is also responsible for the negotiation and development of Agency owned-real estate within designated Redevelopment Project Areas.
