The Loma Linda Fire Department is an all risk Fire Department. Fire Department personnel respond to several types of emergencies. These include: wildland fires, vehicle accidents, elevator rescues, hazardous materials responses. In addition to providing emergency response services to the community, there are a number of non-emergency functions performed by the Fire Department. They include fire investigations, plan checks for all new development, fire prevention inspections, and public education and informational programs.
