City of Loma Linda's online self service payment portal is currently down. We are only accepting payments in the form of cash or check, in person or by mail. If credit card is your only payment option, you may pay via phone call using the City's IVR system (please see instructions below).
- Call 1-888-288-5614 to reach the City of Loma Linda's IVR (Interactive Voice Response) payment option 24/7. This automated system allows customers to make payments for bills over the telephone.
