FILM SERVICES
        The City of Loma Linda welcomes filming, videography, and still photography. A film permit is required for all filming on public or private property within City limits. All filming is subject to City guidelines and regulations, and permit conditions may be imposed based on potential impacts.

       Before filming in Loma Linda, applicants must obtain a film permit. The City partners with Inland Empire Film Services (IEFS) to process all film permit applications. Please contact IEFS first for guidance and questions before submitting your application.

City Film Permit Fees:
     • Film Permit Application: $150
      • Amendment Fee: $75
      • Sidewalk Use: $75/day
      • Street Use: $175/day
      • City-Owned Facilities: $300/day
In addition to City fees:
     • IEFS Processing Fee: $235 per application
