NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Loma Linda will conduct a public hearing with the Planning Commission on December 17, 2025, at 6:00 pm in the Loma Linda City Council Chambers located at 25541 Barton Road, Loma Linda, CA, 92354, to consider the following Council Bill O-2026-01:
An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Loma Linda, Amending in Part, Title 2 (Administration and Personal), Chapter 2.24.030 (Terms of Members – Filling Vacancies), of the Loma Linda Municipal Code, which will establish updated term limits for Planning Commissioners from three to four years in order to be consistent with City Council term limits.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Loma Linda will conduct a public hearing with the Planning Commission on December 17, 2025, at 6:00 pm in the Loma Linda City Council Chambers located at 25541 Barton Road, Loma Linda, CA, 92354, to consider the following:
PROJECT: Review of architectural elevations and site configuration for a proposed 66-unit multifamily apartment project with parking and various amenities such as a club house and gym. The project includes four Mission Revival style buildings totaling 23,183 square feet each and associated site improvements on a 5.15-gross acre parcel. The project site is located on Barton Road on two vacant parcels and has a General Plan Land Use and Zoning Designation of High Density Residential (R-3). It is also within the Mission Historic District overlay. The project site is generally located on the north side of Barton Road and east of California Street, located within the High Density Residential (R-3) zone and land use designation. APN Nos. 0292-162-22 and 0292-162-21.
