Ordinance 769 - Establishing Wastewater Collection Rates Effective April 1, 2022

Ordinance 770 - Amend Loma Linda Municipal Code Chapter 8.12, Refuse Collection, Recycling and Disposal to implement SB 1383, the Short-Lived Climate Pollutant Reduction Act of 2016.

Ordinance 776 - Approving a Zone Change (ZC No. P21-074) to change the current pre-zone of four (4) General Commercial zoned lots to Low-Density Residential (R-1, 0 to 4 du/ac) lots within the 141-acre annexation area for the Canyon Ranch Annexation and Subdivision project.

Ordinance 777 - Amending Title 17, Zoning, of the Municipal Code establishing a Reasonable Accommodations Chapter 17.103 that will include flexibility in the application of the development code standards in order to provide individuals with disabilities an equal opportunity to housing.

Ordinance 778
- Amending Title 17, Zoning, of the Municipal Code standardizing administrative processes, expanding permitted land uses, modifying fence regulations, and correcting certain inconsistencies and outdated language throughout the Development Code. 

Ordinance 779 - Amending Title 17, Zoning, of the Municipal Code adding Chapter 120 pertaining to Streamlined Housing Development Projects on Housing Element Sites to identify applicable sites, establish requirements and standards for Lower-Income Target Units.
